Post in this thread, and a mod will modify it for our own amusement.

HG thinks that now he's a mod, that he'll be able to get away with stuff.

He won't.

Saturday morning I got up early, dressed quietly, made my lunch,
grabbed the dog, slipped quietly into the garage to

hook the boat up to the truck, and proceeded to back out into a
torrential downpour.

The wind was blowing 50 mph. I pulled back into the garage, turned
on the radio, and discovered that the weather would be bad[/b]

throughout the day.

I went back into the house, quietly undressed, and slipped back

into bed. There I cuddled up to my wife's back, now
with a different anticipation, and whispered, 'The weather out
there is terrible.'

My loving wife of 20 years replied, 'Can you believe my stupid
husband is out fishing in that mess?'

I still don't know to this day if she was joking, but I've
stopped fishing.

Sports radio 810 reports that there is a report out of Dallas. (The same gal that broke the story on LJ's foot) THat Both Carl and Herm are done with LJ. No matter what the league says or does LJ is done with the Chiefs. Carl has alread started getting thinkgs going on getting back the 5.5 million dollars in voidables in LJ's contract. And it looks like he is gonna get it. LJ is scared. Because if the CHiefs get theis money back (ANd they will) they can pretty much fire his ass and he is done. ANd all that money he was supposed to get? Not gonna happen. ANd the money he aready got. Well it seem LJ has had some big time fun. And blew it all. Hes broke and he is in trouble.

Anybody else either dieting or changing their lifestyles to be healthier?

KANSAS CITY--OCTOBER 30, 2008-- The Kansas City Chiefs have
just slashed a whopping 64% OFF ticket prices for upcoming

At just $30 a ticket, this is the lowest price we've seen
this season for Red Select seats at Arrowhead Stadium!

Watch the Chiefs vs.:
- New Orleans Saints ... Nov. 16
- Buffalo Bills ... Nov. 23

We've also noticed a slew of major events in the Kansas City
and St. Louis area go on sale today -- including up to 50%
OFF tickets to see the circus and concerts by Celine Dion
and New Kids On The Block.

  The Martial Arts Thread
Posted by: ChiefsChick23 - 10-30-2008, 12:09 PM - Forum: 65 Toss Power Trap - Replies (12)

Ok, reviving from the old board...

I've been doing PaSaRyu Taekwondo since April 2008, and I just became a camo (or green) belt three weeks ago.

I also do Modern Arnis and found out I will be testing with a grandmaster of the art at the end of January. Dunno what rank - that art doesn't have a real "belt system" per se. But he's a badass and I'm terrified! Big Grin

I also do Kyusho (pressure point work) and at the same seminar I'll be testing at I'll be learning from one of the best in the art as well.

So - anybody here doing martial arts, or interested in it, or used to do it? I suppose ya'll could talk MMA if you like, but it bores me to tears (it's almost always a grappling match and I don't find that fun to watch).
